Hi Scott,

I highly recommend you centraldesktop.com. I've been using it for two months and it has solved almost all my on-line work aspects: wiki, projects, to-do tasks, calendar, file sharing, and everything in a collaborative enviroment.

Are there any web-based solutions you have tried and have discovered don't suit your needs?

For example, my first thought is recommend Basecamp by 37signals, except I am certain that you are already aware of it. So if you have considered Basecamp (or others) where did they fall short?
