		<description>I blogged about United&#039;s email marketing a while back, and gave them a pretty hard time.  Recently, I tried to change a FF redemption ticket up a week early, and realized that it was not the marketing departments fault.  Its that the entire organization is screwed up.  In short, I spoke with 7 different agents, and got 7 different results based on policy, on my options to move that ticket.  The cost ranged from $50-$1,600 I kid you not.  I realized that it was just a matter of time, before I found the right agent, that would give me the right answer (the one that worked best for me).  Sure enough, after a series of incrimental changes, I got the perfect flight, for the perfect price (free.)  Keep trying Kveton.</description>
